Email Marketing Campaign: 
UX design exercises to see how an email campaign could attract more customers to the Museums shop as well as visitors. 
Identifying and Resolving UX Problems with CMoG App
Overview: 
Visualize the UX design faults in the mobile app to purchase a ticket for the Museum. I presented this to leadership to get funding to redesign the app and streamline the ticket buying process.

The Roles: 
Visualize the process and how many steps it takes a user to buy a ticket.
